This Privacy Policy describes how Coach William Training ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Coach William CDL Coach mobile application (the "App").

The App is designed to help CDL students prepare for the CDL Pre-Trip Inspection and Air Brake Test through structured learning, recall exercises, and coaching content.

The App is intended for educational purposes only and does not replace official CDL training programs, state manuals, or certified instructor guidance.

The App does not currently require users to create an account. You can use the App without providing any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from its users. Any data stored locally on your device — such as quiz progress, lesson completion status, or app settings — remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

If you choose to contact us by email for support, we will only use the information you provide in your email to respond to your inquiry and resolve your issue.

Because the App does not collect personal information, there is no personal data to use, share, or analyze. Locally stored data on your device (such as lesson progress and quiz scores) is used solely to enhance your learning experience within the App.

If you email us for support, any information you share in that communication is used only to assist you with your request and is not stored in a database or used for marketing purposes.

The App may use third-party services provided by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play Store) for app distribution and in-app purchase processing. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information.

Any in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google through their respective platforms. We do not receive or store your payment card information, billing details, or other financial data.

The App is intended for use by adults pursuing a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal information, there is minimal risk of data exposure. Any data stored locally on your device (such as progress and settings) is governed by your device's own security settings and operating system protections.

We take reasonable measures to protect any information you share with us via email support communications. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
