ABOUT THE APP

Coach William CDL Coach is a mobile learning app designed to help CDL students prepare for the CDL Pre-Trip Inspection and Air Brake Test. It uses The Kirkland Rapid Recall Method™ — a structured learning system combining repetition, reverse recall, random recall, and confidence-building techniques to improve long-term memory and test-day performance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

From the Home screen, tap any lesson with a lock icon, or go to the About screen and tap "Unlock Coach William PRO". You'll see a list of everything included with PRO and can complete your purchase through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once unlocked, all PRO lessons, Practice Tests, Pressure Challenges, and the full Rapid Recall System become available immediately.

If you've already purchased PRO but the app is showing locked content, try the following:

  • Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • If the issue persists, go to the About screen and tap "Unlock Coach William PRO" — the App Store or Google Play Store will recognize your existing purchase and restore access at no additional charge.
  • If you're still having trouble, email us at chips2haul@yahoo.com and we'll help you get it sorted out.

If the app is not starting or crashes on launch, try these steps in order:

  • Force close the app and reopen it.
  • Restart your device.
  • Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Check your storage — if your device is low on free space, the app may not function properly.
  • Reinstall the app — delete it from your device and download it again from the store. Your purchase will be restored automatically.
  • If the problem continues, please email chips2haul@yahoo.com with your device model and iOS/Android version so we can investigate.

  • What the error was (text, wrong answer, display issue, etc.)
